Wake Up…!!

(Awareness Poem on Snoring)

You hear the birds singing,

And say it’s lovely nature!

You see the sun rays swinging,

And call it’s everyday’s feature!

But don’t you ignore,

When you snore!

You might not be,

A tight sleeping creature!

You might be suffering,

And not sleeping deep;

When you feel restless all the night,

Waiting for the sleep to creep!

You toss and turn,

With your sleep just spurned;

It’s only the day,

When your dreams seem to seep.

You buddies see you snoozing

Every now and then,

And tell your snoring

Sounds like a bleep.

It’s not a joke when you choke

In the middle of the night;

You feel gasping for more air,

And try again to sleep tight.

But it’s time to wake up now,

Rather than waiting to repose.

Don’t just fight to sleep tight,

Call your doctor to diagnose.

Life is a gift, sleep is a blessing;

Don’t let your suffering to interpose.

Wake up and help yourself out,

Before your apnea overgrows.
